Attendee Guide
Create one account, keep your profile accurate, and use My Tickets for every active booking.

Create or access your account
- Select Sign In or Log In / Register.
- Create an account with your real name and email address, or use an available sign-in provider.
- Follow any verification link sent by email.
- Open Profile and complete your phone, city, country, and preferred language.
If you already have an account, sign in instead of registering again. Use the password reset link if needed.
Book a ticket or submit an application
- Open Events and choose an event.
- Read dates, times, venue information, price, organiser details, and FAQs.
- Select the booking or application action.
- Check your personal details.
- For multi-day events, select every day you will attend.
- Add guests only when the event form allows it, and provide accurate details for each guest.
- Complete any application questions and consent choices.
- Review the submission before continuing.
Venue details may be intentionally concealed. In that case your ticket will say details are to follow, and the full address is emailed at the organiser’s scheduled release time.
Pay for a paid event
Events Plus sends you to Stripe Checkout or PayPal Checkout. Card or PayPal credentials are entered on the provider’s hosted page and are not stored by Events Plus.
- Complete payment without closing the browser tab.
- Wait to be returned to the booking confirmation page.
- Check for the confirmation email and transaction summary.
- If payment succeeds but no ticket appears, do not repeatedly pay. Contact the organiser with the provider receipt and your account email.
Find and manage tickets
Sign in and open My Tickets. Each ticket shows the event, attendee, booking reference, date, attendance days, venue status, and QR code where applicable.
- Keep your booking reference available.
- Use calendar links to add the event to your calendar.
- Update permitted ticket details through the ticket interface.
- Deleting a ticket does not automatically issue a Stripe or PayPal refund. Contact the organiser first.
- Check email spam/junk folders for confirmations, reminders, and venue releases.
Prepare for arrival
- Check the final date, start time, and venue email.
- Bring the QR code on your phone or your booking reference.
- Make sure the displayed attendee name matches the person attending.
- For multi-day events, confirm the ticket is valid for that day.
- Ask the organiser about transfers, cancellations, accessibility, or refunds.
